Introduction : Shri Pramod Lele was former CEO of Tertiary Care Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai.
Currently he is working as a Healthcare Management Advisor in Various Organizations.
He has done his B.Com in Accountancy from Sydenham College of Commerce & LL.B ( General Laws) from K.C. Law College.
He is also a Chartered Accountant and a Cost and Management Accountant.
He has passion for Rural Healthcare. This led him to create a hospital with Creative Group Team members in Titwala - Shree Mahaganapati Hospital.
Shri Pramod Lele has extensive experience of over 48 years in Pharma & Healthcare Industry & adeptly handled top positions in reputed organizations. He was executive VP in Johnson & Johnson for 17years.
He was Chairman & Managing Director of Park Davis India Ltd. another multinational Pharma company for 5 years. With his decision making Quality & Courteous nature, he carried out responsibilities as a C.E.O. in Hinduja Hospital for 11 years. He became a mentor for everyone who wanted to make changes to improve the healthcare system. He is the strong pillar of the Creative Group of Titwala.
He was responsible for complete makeover of another Multispeciality Tertiary care hospital - Dr Balabhai Nanavati For 4 years from 2014-2018.
During his long tenure with Johnson and Johnson he has handled responsibilities for the Human Resource Department and dealt with union leaders like Dr Datta Samant, R J Mehta , Raja Kulkarni and later Bhai Jagtap to name a few .
He has a passion for teaching the students and is a sought after lecturer at institute of managements and various colleges.
He has held many important leadership positions, one of them being President of the Association of Hospitals ( of Mumbai) for two years. He is also on the board of Fulford India Ltd. ,Atul Biosciences Ltd and Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association - a prestigious Educational Institute.
He is the winner of prestigious *Arogya Seva Bharti Award* instituted for Doctors in 2012.He incidentally is the only non medical person to have received this award.
