Vikrant Bapat

Vikrant Bapat has vast experience of 27 years in healthcare. He was 1 among the very few Neuro Technicians in Mumbai and was an expert in Intra operative neuro monitoring in Hinduja Hospital.
He has done his B.sc from Mumbai & MBA ( Hospital Administration) from Sikkim Manipal University.
Born and brought up in Titwala rural region of Maharashtra, Vikrant Bapat went through a very difficult phase of life in childhood.
After graduation he joined Hinduja hospital as a front desk representative and later as a Neuro technician.
Being a part of this reputed Hospital, the thought of helping people came to his mind when he observed patients were facing difficulties due to lack of medical facilities in Titwala.
He started a Creative group with his close enthusiastic friends having the same thought process.
He is the founder Chairman of Creative Group.
His indefatigable spirit led him to start the first Multispeciality hospital in Titwala. He has been working as a Chief Operating Officer at Shree Mahaganapati Hospital since 2012.
He is best described as a diligent humanitarian towards rural healthcare development.
Vikrant Bapat is Philomath who is always keen to evaluate safe clinical , financial & Legal operations to ensure patients with efficient healthcare services.
He is focused on creating a vision that generates excitement and collaboration amongst his team to deliver whole person care to the community. Vikrant Bapat always supports innovation, compassion and ideas of the talented team at Shree Mahaganpati hospital to help caregivers achieve extraordinary things both individually and organizationally.
He has work experience as a Accounts Assistant in Environmental Engineering Consultancy in his initial days.
Later on he joined Hinduja Hospital as a front desk staff and Clerk for 5 years and handled his position honestly.
He is a knowledge seeker and upgraded himself to the position of Neuro technician in Hinduja Hospital. His work was appreciated by many legendary Neurosurgeon and management.
In his career as a Neuro technician, He has done over 50000 patients for Neuro investigations like EEG / EMG / Video EEG / VEP/ BERA / SSEP. He left his senior neuro technician position in Hinduja Hospital, to devote his time for development in rural healthcare through Shree Mahaganpati Hospital, Titwala.

SOCIAL VALUES / THOUGHT PROCESS:
Titwala was considered as Village and famous because of Lord Ganesha’s Temple. This rural part was lacking proper healthcare facilities for many years. As a social responsibility I always thought to do something for society, our freedom fighters had sacrificed their life for our country. Our responsibility towards the nation has given us thought to make the health care facility available for Titwala.
Created public charitable trust named CREATIVE GROUP
Started Creative Polyclinic in the year 2000.
Made health care facilities like specialist consultant, ECG, X-ray, Pathology Lab, Physiotherapy unit at Creative Polyclinic through our group.
Worked as a chief coordinator though a group for a hospital project.Kept all documentation transparent, worked to get an 80 G certificate, FCRA for our group.
Taken initiative to generate funds through charity shows, individual contacts. Take efforts to get support from corporates e.g Hinduja Hospital, L&T, Blue Cross laboratories, Rotary Club Mumbai Parleshwar, Mahindra Insurance brokers Ltd., Godrej & Boyce Ltd
